"TEN EASIEST WAYS TO OVERCOME DEPRESSION"

First of all I need your good cooperation otherwise my following instructions would not work at any cause; you have to follow confidently because every thing was working awesomely during my mental rotten days. 

KEEP THE FAITH.

1.Spend at least 20 to 30 minutes everyday for jogging and light exercise; choose your comfortable time either morning or evening. During jogging and exercise you should listen to good music applying a head phone. This will help u in sweating and sweating will help u to make stronger on mentality. Music would make divert your mind.

2.Stand in front of the mirror often with your favorite attire along with good fragrance on your body. Be a choosy person for fashion, dressing and perfumes. Love yourself, appreciate yourself, give feedback yourself, make proud yourself, smile yourself, count precious yourself while you looking on the mirror.

3.Whether you’re a writing lover or not; start writing optimist stories and poems (either short or long). Even a single negative point shouldn’t be mentioned on your writings. Maintain such writing for every day, must to make possible either willingly or unwillingly or forcefully, then read out and share out to your close companions.

4.Read a favorite (or selected) book whenever you get free, not tragedy and romantic story; it should be motivational or inspirational books like Robin Sharma’s books unless you get better days.

5.Keep on reminding your beautiful dreams every day before you fall in sleep. It shouldn't be about romance and love. It must be about your career, goal and fantasies.

6.Watch couple of selected super hero movies or animated movies; analyze their scripts, style of film making; be a critic for those films personally.

7.Avoid listening all kind emotional and romantic songs. (Unless you get better days.)

8.Maintain a new conversation style that you should mention beautiful optimist quotes during the conversation.

9.Make keep and touch with your good friend regularly over the phone, chat, mail either through social networking sites.

10.Speak more regarding on your favorite topics which you have more acknowledged. (Examples:  e-world, international relations, gadgets, guitar, research work, books, films, sport, modeling, politics etc. You have to be chosen your favorite one.)
